How does the Fair Access Launch system work?

Our Fair Access Launch system follows four step-by-step phases for every eligible set:

1. Register Interest (€0.00 Checkout)
Add any product marked with [REGISTER] to your cart and complete checkout for €0.00. No payment details are requested. We strongly recommend placing registrations as a standalone order containing only [REGISTER] items. Registration remains open during a defined announcement window prior to set release.

2. Allocation Locking
Once distributor delivery numbers are officially confirmed and locked, we verify the exact available quantities for each product line.

3. Priority Invitation & Weighted Draw
If confirmed allocations cover all registrations, everyone receives a purchase invitation. If demand exceeds stock, a weighted allocation draw takes place. Drawn participants receive a private payment invitation to confirm their allocation at our sharp community release price, with 48 hours to complete payment.

4. Public Release
Any stock remaining after the 48-hour priority window expires will be released to the general webshop floor.

Do I need to pay anything during registration?

No. Registration checkout is strictly €0.00. You are under no obligation to purchase, and no funds are collected until allocations are locked and you are drawn to claim your item.

How are allocations decided if stock is limited?

If distributor allocations are cut and demand exceeds verified stock, allocations are awarded via a weighted randomized draw among all unique registered accounts.

Unlike traditional first-come, first-served sales, registration speed does not matter. Whether you register on the first day or the last minute of the registration window, your entry holds equal value in the pool.

How does the Community Loyalty Weighting work?

To deter burner accounts and scalper bots created solely for high-demand drops, we reward returning supporters while keeping draws open to new community members:

• Returning Customers (1+ completed order on record): Receive 2 entries (tickets) in the draw pool.
• New Customers: Receive 1 entry (ticket) in the draw pool.

This maintains a fair entry opportunity for newcomers while giving regular store patrons a higher probability of allocation.

What happens if I register for multiple units?

To spread limited supply across as many individual community members as possible, we enforce a Maximum Spread (Partial Fill) policy:

If you registered for multiple quantities of an item (e.g., 2 booster displays), the draw allocates 1 unit per winning participant first. Only after every drawn participant has been offered 1 unit—and if unallocated stock still remains—will secondary units be drawn and assigned.

How do I purchase my registered items if drawn?

Once distributor allocations are locked and the draw is finalized, selected registrants will receive an email invitation to confirm their order. Upon confirmation, your [REGISTER] order will be updated with final items, prices, and quantities. You have 48 hours from the moment the invitation is sent to complete payment. Unclaimed allocations after 48 hours are automatically released to the main webshop.
